Enjoyed my trip!

I am home safely after spending three days in Malaysia with my mom. And most of the time with my virtual-to-real life friends, Lee Xiang and Christina. Right from the start before going over, I always thought what a great experience it will be to meet virtual friends in real life, especially those from overseas. Indeed the feeling was great! Day one at Sunway Pyramid, I was anxiously waiting for them to come find us (my mom and me). And when I saw them walking towards us, from virtual friends to real life!

We spent half a day walking only the two levels of the mall. I was really amazed with the size of the mall when I arrived. Christina could not stay long with us on the first day since she had to go for tuition. So in the early eveing, Lee Xiang went off with Christina. However on the second day, they were able to stay longer. Meeting us at 1 Utama Shopping Centre. A 30 minutes drive from the hotel I was staying at – Sheraton Subang. There was where we spent the entire day.

They recommended this restaurant called Sushi Groove for dinner. They heard it was nice but never eat before since it was costly. So since I know I will not want them to pay for their meals, we went ahead to eat there. It ended up to be a very good place for sushi! At least it was not the normal kind of plate by plate sushi that I will eat at Sakae Sushi. But in a very presentable and costly fashion!

However I felt so bad when they reached home so late that day. Even though they left us straight after dinner, that was 7.20pm, they only reached home close to 11:00pm! It is really shocking they had to take so long to travel to meet me. Probably not in terms of distance but the duration taken to travel though it was just two buses. No wonder Christina was so tired on the final day. She stayed up to 1:00am the night before to finish up with the two pieces of scrapbook she agreed to finish to give to me. It was exactly the same thing that Singapore has – that day when I went to Plaza Singapura with Sebrina. I believe the shop name is Made With Love. But in Malaysia, the shop is called Craft Haven. I paid for all the things needed and she completed the hard work. I really love the art work so much! Now I am still deciding to frame it up or wrap it up.

A final day of shopping back at Sunway Pyramid before we headed to KL International Airport together. Despite the cost and distance to travel back, they wanted to send us off. It proved to be a time of sadness when we had to part. We spent the last hour having tea together before I gave each of them a hug and wave good bye. That is why of the sad face photos…

Our final group photo…

I manage to take some breathe taking photos while in flight. Love these photos!

I am already missing both of them now! I wish they are here. I hope to go back to see them again when I can. Above photos are just few out of hundreds that I took during the past 3 days. You can view the complete collection at my Picasa album online.

Thanks for all who kept me in prayers!
