Well the 3rd day of Chinese New Year is actually a regularly school day. But it was after school that I went to my god-sister Sien Wei’s place for visitation. As usual I got Louis to go with me too. Sien Wei also got her mother to cook lunch for us. We spent several hours in her house till evening before we left.
My first ever visit to her house after knowing her for years. She has always been saying how messy her room is. Amazingly it was quite “tidy” when we went over though. “Haha!” And the red packet her mother give was way beyond Louis and me expectation! “Thanks Auntie!“
Then anyway on day four of Chinese New Year, which was yesterday… she came over to my house. “Probably to get back a red packet too? Hehe!” She said she wanted to go her sister’s place at night to collect the Chingay Parade tickets. So had to come over to my place until her sister come pick her after her work. So touched by her because for the first time she bought me a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates!
“Thank you Mei Mei! Love you so much!“
So fast it’s Friday and means the weekends are here! What a short week it has been. I am also happy today because finally I cleared all my projects and assignments needed for this semester year. Submitted two projects and finished with my Public Speaking final speech today. What’s left are my semester exams just after my birthday. I am so looking forward to the long break.
Enjoy your weekends!
