A good time of bonding was spent with Crystal last Thursday. She was free on this day of the week and decided to come over to my place to swim. The last time we swam together was with Geraldine. But this time without Geraldine since she is working. Anyway it proved to be a wrong day to swim because the water was so cold! And with the strong winds, we were literally trembling in the water. While we were constantly moving up and down the pool, it offers little heat for our bodies. But still we were able to pose for few photo shots.
After all the coldness, we decided to go for hot spa. And gosh it was so much more comfortable and relaxing! With the hot water and the bubbles massaging.
Spent 30 minutes there before we called it a day of swimming. But it was not all. For dinner, we drove over to Heartland Mall. We made a take-over order from Pizza Hut. While waiting for the pizza, we went to Popular where Crystal bought some stationeries. Collected our pizza and bought bubble tea. And more food from Old Chang Kee. The chicken wing is nice! First time I ate it since Crystal said it was nice. We managed to finished all the food back at my place.
It was indeed a good time of bonding. Sometimes it is strange when I ask my friends to meet up. Some ask me, “For what?” I mean… does meeting up with each other requires a “for what”? Can’t friends just spend time together bonding and building the friendship? Some things just need no purpose! Crystal will know who I am referring to for this case. :)
“Thanks Crystal, my SFF, for spending time with me!“
I wish other friends were just as open instead of “for what?”.
