I got to spend the eve of my birthday with my special friend Crystal! Despite her busy schedule with her ‘O’ levels, she still took time off on Monday to spend the afternoon to night with me. So busy that she had to rush home after her remedial at school and even brought her art work over to my place to do. It was not what we did that was important but indeed the quality times spent together is truly what builds the friendship. While we ordered take-away personal pan pizza for our late lunch, she treated me to dinner at Kobayashi! All she had in her wallet was the $20 and she spent it to treating me the dinner. Let me say, I am really touched! Probably for as long as we have been friends, this was probably the first meal she treated me! I really felt honored and very thankful to have a friend like her!
Also special thanks to Louis whom I know is super poor after spending a bomb on her girl-friend for Valentine’s Day. He bought me a Manchester United shirt from Hougang Mall! We were having breakfast together this morning then he bought me that shirt. I also went into Cotton On shop to buy a new bermudas and also a new pair of slippers from Surfers’ Paradise. A complete new set of clothing (without the underwear though)! “Hehe!” :)
Lastly I want to thank every one of my friends who sent me your birthday wishes! Some really came as a surprised to me as I really did not expect friends to send me wishes even though I often send them birthday wishes. Even want to thank my class of C202 for mass-messaging me on MSN to wish me!
