Last week I said I will change out of my Rainforest Cafe theme after keeping that design for so many months. In fact since I started playing Restaurant City, it has been focused on a rainforest theme. What made me needing to change the theme is not only that I am bored of looking at the same design day in day out (although I have got many positive feedback from others about how nice my restaurant is), but I had to re-layout my seating arrangement. Here is a final screen shot of my old Rainforest Cafe.

Ever since the release of drinks menu, I have been monitoring thread topics in the forum about what is the best recommended layout. I have finally decided to use 4 chefs, 3 waiters and 1 cleaner. I insist on having one permanent cleaner rather than a “part-time” one because I do not want to have the trouble of switching that staff as waiter and cleaner. And I can say that staff structure is good because even as all my staff health falls to 50%, I still can maintain 50 ratings. Without further ado, let me introduce you to my new Chinese theme restaurant, IMPERIAL HOUSE!

I have spent close to $300,000 (thankfully game currency) in renovating both the interior and exterior of the restaurant. That also includes the new uniforms for my staff. I am quite please with my design after not liking it initially while constructing it. At least it is something different. And I hope to still get positive feedback from visitors about my Imperial House!

My next and only objective in Restaurant City will be to level up all drinks to level 10. Currently I have 6 out of 10 as level 10. Another 4 more drinks to go. So if you have any water or ice ingredients, please trade with me! My next blog entry about Restaurant City will probably be when I reached that objective.
