Because it was a school holiday yesterday (as it was Teacher’s Day), I was able to ask Brittany out with me to catch a movie. The Proposal is a movie I wanted to watch since I saw the movie trailer that was advertising on my own website (bottom right). We tried inviting a few other basketball friends of ours to join us but none could make it. Hence it ended up as a “date” for Brittany and I. We went to Junction 8 at Bishan to catch the movie. Upon reaching the place, she met with not one friend, not two friends, not three friends but all-in-all four friends! Still talk about she not wanting to let others misunderstand us. “Haha!” Two were her juniors while another two she met was at Food Junction when we were having lunch. It seems like I am getting to see more and more of her classmates too.
Astro Boy was not the movie we watch. As I said above it was The Proposal. The movie is really nice. Comedy-romance kind of movie on how two people whom seem unlikely to be together still got together. And let alone still getting married. All started out as a scam plan to get married so that the girl did not have to be deported back to her country. She ends up from out-of-the-blue having to get married to her secretary guy in order to keep her job and stay in the country. Then a lot of comical things took place when the guy brought the girl back to his home to meet-the-parents. Bottom line is that, be sure to catch this movie and to enjoy the laughter filled within the movie.
In fact yesterday was the first time I gone out with Brittany for a movie!
