I needed to get a new wallet because my current one, the condition is getting bad. After years of usage, it is basic wear-and-tear situation. Last week when I was at Tampines after lunch, I shopped around Tampines Mall to look for new wallet. Much to my dismay to realised how expensive wallets actually are these days! Years ago when I bought my wallet from Wallet Shop, I probably paid only about $39.90. But years later on, wallets are like $59.90! Even when I walked into Isetan, wallets are just as expensive. :( I did not want to pay so much for a wallet.
So I came home and told my mom that I needed a new wallet. Then she surprised me yesterday when she came back from shopping and bought me a new wallet. Although I prefer a softer leather kind, I think it will be a matter of time that the leather gets softer. What is good is that the amount of card compartments is exactly the same as my current wallet! In fact, the whole wallet compartments inside are exactly the same as my current wallet.
According to my mom she bought this new wallet at only $19.90! Amount I saved: 100%! Cause I did not have to pay a single cent for my new wallet! “Thanks God and thanks mom!“
