Two nights ago, my family got together for an annual reunion dinner, traditionally for Cantonese beliefs. However this year, another three families of relatives were not in Singapore to come together to eat with my grand-mother. Hence it was left with my family and her, together with my great-aunt to have dinner. We dined in at Jpot located at VivoCity. Serving very nice steamboat, ala-carte style. My dad ordered two set dinner menu.

Very nice food! If you have the chance, do try it out. If you are on a smaller table, you can get a personal pot for your own cooking too. It was already 9.30pm when we finished eating. Many shops were closing. But I still manage to walk into Crocs and convinced my mother to buy me a new pair of shoes. The two casual shoes I have are in bad condition. One of which the rubber portion which is supposed to be white has turned to yellow. While the other I bought from Malaysia a year ago, is turning bad too. I thought my mother would not buy for me since it cost $80. But she agreed! Maybe because I mentioned the shoes are being my Christmas present.

Now that is a expensive Christmas present and I really like it a lot! Less than 24 hours more to Christmas. And Brittany is coming home tonight! She also made me so sad when this morning she SMS me saying, “Im gonna be staying one more day here :)” I went, “What?!?!?!” Thankfully she was just joking because I miss her (and the presents she bought for me). “Haha!“
