The toughest part of the renovation was the total revamped of my exterior garden area. After expanding the garden to the maximum size possible, I am left with the headache of “too much space, too little items” problem. And having to fit some of the decorations that look so out of theme but very important to be put because of rating issues. Probably I can improve on my staff resting area. Will be looking into that. The garden has nothing to do with Chinese New Year theme though. It is more of a general one that I will reuse on my next renovation.

Finally is my interior! Hardest part of this interior is just the floor tiles. Not knowing which combination will match well. But when I was finally done, I am really happy with the end design! Towards the right side is a little stage with all the Chinese New Year decorations, I like that! The only decoration that I bought and did not put was the dragon. I could not find a place to put it. Anyway is it the coming year of tiger and not dragon. :)

Now is to sit back and earn back some money. Good job Playfish on this latest updates!

$2,000 per seed is quite expensive though. I am not sure if I will continue to plant after I harvest these lot. Because there are high chances that I will pay $2,000 to plant a seed to harvest an ingredient that I have plentiful of. Because currently I only need the new ingredients that were introduced in the updates too. Particularly coriander, ginger and vanilla (from left to right of the image below).

But seeing I may not have much use for the money I have currently anyway, I might as well spend it in other to complete the new dishes that were introduced. I do want to make all the new dishes, especially the two new main course dishes – Bak Kut Teh & Three-Cup Chicken. Because the dishes go well with my Chinese restaurant theme – Imperial House. All new dishes can be seen in the screen shot below.

What got me quite pissed was that I added 90 new friends today in hope to get the new ingredient from the “new friend visit”. Yet out of 90 new visits, I got no new ingredient! A check with PlayFish forum shows that there were others who added as many as 200 new friends but also receive none! Now this is pathetic! Probably PlayFish really wants us to get the new ingredients by planting seeds in the garden.

Anyway so just when I thought I was done with the game after the last update, there are new objectives again. That is good if not this game for me will be just left there to away-from-keyboard.
